Introduction

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking is a human rights violation and has severe consequences for the health and well-being of survivors. It is an exploitative crime that impacts physical and mental health and has public health implications. SafeAura Health Care is fully committed to preventing all kinds of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking in our organization's activities and has made explicit in its Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement its commitment to ensuring over time that it's business and supply chains are free of the exploitative practices of slave labour and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Organisation

Safeaura Health Care Ltd is a leading temporary and permanent staffing agency, specialising in providing highly skilled healthcare and non-healthcare professionals to organisations across the UK. We supply a wide range of qualified staff, including nurses, physiotherapists, phlebotomists, operating department practitioners (ODPs), healthcare assistants, support workers, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, to meet the staffing needs of NHS trusts, private hospitals, care homes, supported living facilities, primary care centres, urgent care services, and other healthcare and non-healthcare organisations.

Our staffing solutions are flexible, cost-effective, and designed to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance. Whether you need hourly cover, shift-based placements, or long-term staffing, Safeaura ensures that the right professional is available when and where you need them.

We are committed to rigorous recruitment processes, ensuring every candidate undergoes a comprehensive interview, reference checks, and Enhanced DBS screening, alongside verification of qualifications and professional registrations. Our staff are directly employed or contracted through Safeaura, selected for their experience, skills, reliability, and dedication.

Our Statement 

The aim of this statement is to demonstrate that SafeAura Health Care follows good practices and that all reasonable steps are taken to prevent Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. SafeAuraHealth Care is committed to continuous improvement of our practice to identify and eliminate Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking in our business and supply chain and to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships in line with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

SafeAura Health Care has Zero tolerance toward Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking within our organization or our supply Chain. All members of staff have a personal responsibility for the successful prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking with the Human resource department taking responsibility for overall compliance.

 

As a provider of personal services in the community, our  procurement needs are relatively simple, covering mostly:

Rental, furnishing, equipping, and maintenance of local offices (including utilities);

Implementation and maintenance of IT and communication systems;

Equipment, uniforms, and supplies for care workers;

Marketing and communications;

Recruitment and HR;

Accommodation, travel, and other routine business needs;

Legal, accountancy, and consultancy.

Dynasty Health Care does not currently use any non-UK suppliers directly.


Due Diligent

All of our suppliers of services or materials as part of our procurement due diligence are required to confirm compliance with all of the relevant legislation part of which includes the Modern Slavery Act. As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have adopted a number of procedures and continue to review our processes and best practice guidance with a view to:

  • Identifying and assessing areas of potential risk in our business and supply chains

  • Monitoring potential risk areas in our business and supply chains

  • Reducing the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains

  • Providing adequate protection for whistle-blowers

Training and Awareness

All staff of SafeAura Health Care Ltd are expected to act with integrity and honesty, comply with all the laws and act in accordance with the local guidelines and regulations. Our Induction training is in line with the Care requirements and standards, our policy and procedures ensure that all staff have access to any required information which can support them with regard to any Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking concerns.  Any concern of such will be escalated to the relevant authority. We have mandatory safeguarding training for every SafeAura Health Care management and staff member regardless of their position in the organisation.

 

Recruitment Policy

We operate a robust recruitment process which includes Pre-employment checks on every job applicant such as checking the UK Address, right to work in the UK, and References. This is to safeguard all employees against any form of human trafficking or being forced to work against their will.

SafeAura Health Care has set a range of control systems in place to protect staff from poor treatment and any form of exploitation. this control system includes the provision of fair pay rates, terms and conditions of employment, and access to training and development available in the organization

 

Policies

SafeAura Health Care has a number of policies which minimize any risk of Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking in our supply chain. This includes the Whistle-Blowing Policy which ensures that all employees are aware of how to raise concerns if needed. Employee Code of Conduct policy which explains the manner in which all members of staff are expected to behave and our suppliers.

We will Monitor, review, and update our actions in relation to modern slavery annually
